I have done several cleanses and colonics done throughout the year.
During he 3 days of the cleanse, I saw the PLAQUE come out and a lot of it. That was very interesting. The funny thing is, I always get a mental dip at noon and in the afternoon. When on the 3 day cleanse I didn’t have that. Now one day later it starts again at noon I get mentally tired ..etc.
I cant figured out what it is. I may need to do more cleanses like this.
